When you place an order or send an inquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery and billing details. Ordering on behalf of a company, we also collect the company details.

We additionally collect technical data about the use of this site, needed to keep it running and secure.

We use the data to fulfil orders, answer inquiries and meet our accounting obligations. We send a newsletter only with your consent.

You can choose wine by chatting with our AI sommelier. What you write is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate the reply and stored with us for up to 90 days so we can improve the recommendations. If you leave contact details in the chat to receive a quote, we use them only to reply to you.

Please do not share sensitive personal data in the chat. The chat uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out.

The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We keep data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or for as long as the law requires.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, and to restrict its processing. You may also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
