Delivery terms
Here you will find how and when orders arrive, how we store the wines, and the terms for cancelling or returning an order.
Delivery area
We deliver across Estonia. We do not currently ship outside Estonia.
Alcoholic drinks are sold and handed over only to adults.
Methods and prices
Parcel locker delivery is free on orders from 100 €. Smaller orders incur a parcel locker delivery fee. Courier delivery is always paid. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
Delivery time
We dispatch orders within two working days. Parcel machine and courier deliveries usually arrive within one to three working days.
Storage and transport
We keep the wines at an even temperature and pack them so they reach you in the same condition they left us in.
Cancelling and returning an order
If an order has not been dispatched yet we can cancel it — let us know as soon as possible.
For returns or a damaged parcel, write to bonjour@veiniateljee.ee and we will agree on a solution.
